You no longer have to shell out big bucks for visiting the most famous museum in Paris. Just plan you trip around the first Sunday of any month, and you can visit and admire the artifacts while keeping your pockets full. You can also skip right past the massive lines if you have Paris museum pass, or simply make entry from Carrousel du Louvre entrance and you can find the ticket counter.

- Buy the Paris Museum Pass
If you’re someone like me who is crazy for museums and visiting attractions, then you can save a lot of money and troubles with a Paris museum pass. It offers free admission to over 60 attractions of the city and costs €42 (two days); €56 (four days); €69 (six days).
- Save Money with Public Transport
Instead of hiring cabs, you should go for public transportation options like bus or train, to save a fortune on your travel expense. The regional train costs €9.50 from Charles de Gaulle and takes 30 minutes to reach the central part of the city; from there you can ride the metros and reach to any part of the Paris. You can also take a bus that costs €10 from Charles de Gaulle and takes about 50 minutes.
You should also travel on public transport within the city that will cost you just €1.70 per ride, or buy ten tickets pack for €13.70, to save €3.30; drops make oceans, and pennies makes big money.

You can pamper yourself once or twice with a nice restaurant or a bar, but every day can take your expenses to a soaring height. Hostels offer happy hour drinking time, where you can get a beer for as little as €2 to have a great start of your night out in Paris.

Paris is a city of markets, and you can save big on meals when you go straight to the markets and pick up fresh cheese, bread, meats or anything you like. Then head out to a park and enjoy your meal time as a picnic, the true French style like locals. Restaurants also offer lunch offers, where you can enjoy a two to three-course meal for €10 to €20, which is not the case for dinners.
